Accessibility Statement
Guidi Construction
Effective Date: June-2nd/2026
Guidi Construction is committed to providing a website that is accessible and usable for all visitors, including individuals with disabilities.
We believe every visitor should be able to access information about our company, services, project inquiries, contact options, and business communications with dignity, independence, and ease.
Our Accessibility Commitment
Guidi Construction strives to maintain a website experience that supports accessibility, usability, and effective communication.
Our goal is to align our website with recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly known as WCAG. The U.S. Department of Justice has identified WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the technical standard for state and local government web content under Title II, and it also recognizes WCAG as a helpful framework for web accessibility.
For private businesses open to the public, ADA Title III does not currently provide one single detailed federal website technical standard in the same way Title II now does for state and local governments. Still, the Department of Justice states that businesses open to the public must ensure that their goods, services, privileges, and activities offered through websites are accessible to people with disabilities.
For risk reduction and good practice, Guidi Construction aims to work toward substantial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA or better where reasonably possible.

Third-Party Content and Tools
